I found Nova VIsion about a year ago and I'm having an issue with my insurance and it changing which has nothing what so ever to do with Nova Vision. I just hope and pray that I won't have to leave them. I find them to be excellent from the doctors down to the other staff. When I've had eye issues in the past they have tried there best to get me into the office and address my vision needs. In my experience they are very warm and welcoming and when your there they make sure that your eye issues are being addressed. I just would like to express my appreciation and thank all of the wonderful staff at Nova Vision for everything that they have done to assist me and my needs. You all are the best!

I went in today to shop for glasses after having an exam earlier in the week. It was such an easy, quick process. The girl who helped me was so nice, and didn’t pressure me into a bunch of add-ons. From picking out the frames to getting my receipt took maybe a half hour. Great experience!

I’ve been taking my kids to Dr. Jacob’s for years now and our visits have been nothing but positive. She relates with them well and always answers any questions they have.

I visited Nova Vision and was seen by Dr. Montecalvo and was very happy with my whole experience. My previous doctor of many years gave me an incorrect prescription and rushed me out the door when I said that it must be incorrect as my eyesight had become worse not better. Dr. Montecalvo listened to my concerns and gave a very thorough exam and said that I did need a stronger prescription. She and the whole staff were very professional and caring. I especially would like to thank Hailey who helped me with trying new contacts and even stayed past closing time to get me contacts quickly before I left on a vacation. I am very pleased with Nova Vision Care and feel confident that I will be getting quality care in the future.

The technician was very nice and professional. The Dr. was excellent. I feel confident the prescription is correct. I have Humana Medicare advantage which they accept. Now they do lead you directly to the eyeglasses. They had an excellent selection of frames.

We were referred to Dr Montecalvo by my daughter's physical therapist about a year ago to look at a possible tracking problem. My daughter started vision therapy in January. We finished the in-person therapy last month and I cannot be more thankful for Maggie and all the work she did with my daughter. The love, patience, and compassion she showed my daughter made such a huge impact on her. She looked forward to seeing Miss Maggie each week. The growth we saw in my daughter was incredible. We have noticed a huge boost in her confidence, and she has started to try new things that she previously avoided like the plague. She also started kindergarten this fall, and the growth I have seen from her kindergarten assessment in March to the start of kindergarten in August has been amazing. She is able to focus better and recognize and identify significantly more letters and numbers. Her hand-eye coordination has improved, and her balance is much better. I am so thankful for our experiences with vision therapy, and I am so happy we were able to do this for our daughter. I truly believe she has gained the confidence and tools she needs to be successful in reading and in school thanks to the work Maggie did with her.

Nice greeting on arrival. Filled out necessary/expected paperwork. Initial exam steps as expected went smoothy. Communication with tech no problems. Doc White was great as usual, love her she is the best! New glasses were a little more than expected but manageable. Overall very nice experience.

Ok, all of the staff were extremely nice and professional. The exam was through and the results were explained to my satisfaction. However I was a little concerned about the prices of eye wear. I realize that vision insurance compensates the buyer but I am a military retiree on a fixed income who can't afford vision insurance. Therefore, I can buy a lot of groceries and a weapon to keep them safe. Eye wear should not cost $500.
