Our goal is to meet and exceed your expectations by providing friendly service, professional care, and quality products at affordable prices. Our vision care services include complete eye examinations for adults and children, contact lens exams, and fittings including specialty contacts and diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases, including dry eyes.
We also carry a wide selection of designer frames, sunglasses, and sports eyewear in our optical shop to fulfill the individual needs of each of our patients. Our opticians will help you select the frames that best suit you based on your lifestyle and personality. If, for any reason, there is a problem with your frames, we will do everything we can to make sure you are completely satisfied.
In addition, we conduct comprehensive exams that allow us to accurately detect eye disease or other abnormalities early, often before they present any symptoms. Early detection in many cases can lead to treatments that will prevent vision loss. At Nova Vision Care, our staff provides our patients with optimal eye care to ensure the health of their eyes.

Rachael White
O.D.
Dr. White is a Buckeye born and bred. She grew up in Celina where she developed a love for math and physics in school. The logic of math and science drew her to the optometry field because of the extent of math necessary for good optics.
She received her Doctor of Optometry from The Ohio State University in 2007. She has carved her path in general optometry, and is particularly fond of family eye health, specialty contact lenses including scleral lenses and orthokeratology lenses, and dry eye treatment including intense pulsed light (IPL) therapy, radio frequency (RF) therapy, and low-level light (LLLT) therapy. Her favorite parts of being an optometrist are being able to help people improve their day-to-day lives through better and more comfortable vision, and getting to know young families and watching them grow over the years.
Dr. White is a member of the American Optometric Association (AOA), and Ohio Optometric Association (OOA) where she has served as a zone governor. She has also lectured on myopia control, and helped other optometrists hone their skills on treating nearsightedness.
Her interests outside of optometry include Ohio State football (Go Bucks!), and cooking because she’s a foodie at heart. Dr. White resides in Beavercreek with her husband and their two children. She spends most of her available time attending her kids’ activities, staying fit, and traveling with her family.
Jamie Jacobs Jackowski
O.D., F.O.V.D.R
Dr. Jackowski (fondly known as Dr. J.) was diagnosed with strabismus (eye turn) at an early age. Her time as a patient in vision therapy, both as a child and an adult, made a positive impact in her life, and it inspired her to pursue a career in optometry and binocular vision. She hopes to use her own experience to better understand her patient’s struggles.
She grew up in New Carlisle, Ohio, and graduated from Wright State University where she majored in biology. She received her Doctor of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry where she was a member of Beta Sigma Kappa honor society. Dr. J then completed her residency in vision therapy and rehabilitation at Wow Vision Therapy in Saint Joseph, Michigan. She is a fellow of the Optometric Vision Development and Rehabilitation Association, and is board certified in vision therapy.
In her free time, Dr. Jackowski loves spending time with her husband and her two cats. She also enjoys time outdoors, including snow skiing, camping, hiking, and swimming, just to name a few. She is always looking for a new adventure.
